Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

1) Registration for sessions will be confirmed when the payments will be received from the trust 

2) If by circumstances you cannot attend the session and prior information given to the trust then the fees will be adjusted in any other sessions by your choice but no refund will be done.

3) We do not guarantee changes in your life it is the acceptance of the energy flown in the session will be on personal acceptance and result will be vary from person to person 

4) A confirmation will be sent your payments by the team but it is also your responsibility to make sure your payment details are correct and successful 

5) Shiva science trust  reserves the rights to remove or cancel the registration of any participants attending the session prior or during the sessions  without notice or liability

6) Shiva science trust reserves the rights to do  changes in the structure of fees of the session at any time 

7) Shiva science trust holds the right of the content available in social media.  You shall not buy any means copy, translate, edit, reproduce, reprint, screen or do any such act which  shall infringe property rights and or copyrights on the content offered on any platform

8) Shiva Science trust is not responsible of liable for any adverse impact cause during or after attending any session 

9) There will be no refund of the paid in any case but the fees can be adjusted for other sessions, if you timely report to the team.

10) If due to some conditions the sessions are withheld or cancelled or postponed than the fees will be adjusted in the next similar session by considering your choice.
