Science of Healing

How Healing Works

Our body is made up of atoms. According to science, atoms are constantly in motion/vibration. When the matter is in motion, it generates a vibration, which means frequency. Anything that vibrates at a specific frequency has an energy field around it. Thus every person has an energy field around him, also known as Aura.

We live in a highly competitive environment filled with stress and anxiety. Because of this, we are not mentally at peace. We are constantly stressed, which is a negative feeling that lowers our frequency, causing us to feel tired and ill at ease, which causes Disease. This causes our aura/energy body to become low in frequency. Thus we feel” low” and feel weak. Whenever we think about positive things /do positive actions like being happy, helping others, mediation, etc., we attract positive energies, increasing our frequency, which makes us energetic. Whenever we are exposed to positive energies, we feel relaxed. Still, when we return to our stressed life again, we lose out on this positivity. That is why the Shiva Science Trust has monthly Tatva Sessions, where higher-level positive energies are channelled to our body so we are constantly revitalized.

To get into the deeper spiritual science of it –

According to spirituality, a person has five bodies or koshas – Annamay kosha, Pranmay kosha, Manomay kosha, Gyanman Kosh, and Anandamay kosha. The physical body that we refer to is the Annamay kosha (literally translates to food body). This body is made up of 5 elements  - Earth (Pruthvi), Water (Jal); Fire (Agni); Air (Vayu), and Ether (Aakash). Our body has seven major chakras, Muladhar, Swadhisthan, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddhi, Agya, and Sahasrar. These chakras act as receptors and absorb energy from the universe (planets). The more these chakras are open and balanced, the more they will receive energy. This energy should reach every cell of our body via a network of nadis. There are 72 lakh nadis, of which 3 are main nadis – Ida, Pingla, and Sushumna. All these spiritual parameters (koshas, chakras, tattvas, and nadis) have unique functions which govern our life. The state of these nadis decides what kind of a life a person will live – how healthy, wealthy, successful, etc., they will be. All the koshas, chakras, tattvas, and nadis should be balanced and appropriately energized to lead a good life.

Shiva Science Charitable Trust organizes various healing and meditation sessions where our Enlightened Master – Param Pujjya Bhaiyaji, uses different divine powers to balance and energize our koshas, chakras, nadis, and tattvas.

Following is an excerpt from a press conference held at Shiva Science Goa Ashram where P. P. Bhaiyaji explains how healing works with a few examples.
